MONDAY: 1

Did it beat me today. My health insurance company had me on hold for 45 MINUTES this morning (with no answer in the end), and then another 2 HOURS holding (not a lie, not an exaggeration) to only have to deal with a woman who sounded drunk and a bit on the sluggish side. Still, no help. Even my husband jumped on the phone outraged as to why we have coverage starting January 1st, when it’s Jaunaury 5th and I just had to forgo going to an appointment since they couldn’t get me my card number on time. Meanwhile, I am in dyer need of seeing an allergist. Poop!
