Day 9: Keanu Reeves

Many people don’t know this, but he has endured endless tragedy throughout his life. His father left his family when he was young, he lost his best friend to an overdose, had a stillborn child, lost the mother of the child in a car accident, and sat by his sister’s side as she fought leukemia. Has this hardened him? Nope. He has given so much of his money back into the hands of those who helped on his projects. He gave more than half of his Matrix earnings to all the special effects departments who worked on the film, and takes pay cuts for other actors who won’t join a project unless they get more pay. He is a sweet soul in a greedy business.
