My first love has always been dace. However, I am also a writer at heart.

Over the next 2 weeks, I am going to share six of the fourteen poems I wrote for a book I designed called: The Book of Distant Love. 

All the illustrations are also my own. The inspiration for these poems was my husband. He has been away for many months working on tour. So many couples, for different reasons, have to spend time apart. My poems encompass many emotions that come with the territory of long distance love.

I hope you enjoy. One day I wish to have these published.
