Hey loves,
Sorry this is 2 days late. Things have been all over the place with getting ready for the documentary. I am still fundraising and need just about 2k more to have everything I need paid for (for production purposes). We can worry about editing funding later. I’m super nervous/excited/psyched to have this opportunity. I am so touched and amazed by all the love I have received over this project.
I do have a raffle going on until the end of April for the project in case you wish to participate: RAFFLE RULES AND PRIZE
Also, if you’d like to donate, whether it’s $50 or $5, you can use the PayPal account: preventable.doc@gmail.com (Click “Tools” at the top, then “Send Money” and choose the Friends and Family one to make sure no fees are taken out of your donation)
As far as my skin, it went a little crazy for about a week and a half. I am still dealing with a lot of dryness and redness in my arms, hands, face and neck. It’s been extremely stagnant in these areas, but I will always be hopeful.
As happy as I am that I am able to now hold a flexible job (substitute teaching), I still have a ways to go. I look forward to being fully healed. I also look forward to helping others through this until there is a day when no one has to endure this nightmare.
Love, B. R. Wren
Hi, I’m about a year in, going through moisture withdrawal. What’s your diet like? Are you eating meat and processed foods? And also do you think abstaining from hair dyes, makeup and nail polish would help?

I eat almost everything, but that doesn’t mean it’s helping or isn’t in a sense. It’s great in general to stay away from high sugar or processed foods when possible. A natural more clean diet is always going to be better for health. And I’m not really sure if staying away from a blow dryer or nail polish will help (just listen to your body with those types of things), and I don’t wear foundation so if it doesn’t irritate you then awesome but if it does then I’d stop using it. We are all different and something that bothers me may not particularly bother you xx
