Week 1 Update (Stem Cells)

It has been officially one week since my stem cell infusions. I had one into my hip, and one into my arm.

My hip is still a bit sore. I wasn’t anticipating this, but I am a dance teacher and do have to move around a lot. I am trying my best to not jump or do any extreme ranges of motions (like splits, straddles, etc).

As for my skin, I have not been able to tell any sort if difference with texture or redness. It’s still pretty neutral compared to the pictures from before the treatment. However, it’s early. It may take 6-8 weeks to see if it has truly accomplished it’s goal.

Unfortunately, I immediately caught a cold. I’ve been fighting it off. My body has been off lately with my stomach as well, so may need to go to the doctor about that, too. Not sure if it has anything to do with the stem cell infusion. My health insurance won’t be kicking in though until another month so waiting it out.

We shall see, we shall see………..
